A honeycomb-shaped steel or brass furnishing component made of brass or steel rods. FAVO is suitable for various modular compositions. It can be used individually on a wall, or hinged for freestanding use.

Like cells of a large beehive, geometric elements are arranged to create different unique, elegant furnishing items to suit the functions and space where they are placed. It can be used as a console, coat rack, shelf, book holder; for a living room, study hall, bathroom wall.

FAVO is complemented and embellished by a collection of wooden, fabric and metal accessories.

Lamberti is looking forward to receiving the results of the award ceremony for the XXV Compasso d’Oro!
Among the 283 products (including FAVO) submitted to the international jury, 16 will receive the Compasso d’Oro award and 56 will receive a Mention of Honor. On June the 20th 2018 also Lamberti Design will be in Milan for the award ceremony. The awards will go to the designers and producers of the pre-selected items published in the two past annuals ADI Index 2016 and 2017.

The participating products, including FAVO, will be on display at the Rocchetta courtyard in Sforzesco’s Castle until June the 26th. The XXV edition of the Compasso d’Oro ADI is part of European Year of Cultural Heritage program and is sponsored by the Lombardy Region, the City of Milan, and Confindustria Lombardia.

Fuorisalone 2018, Milan - Lamberti Design will exhibit the new collection of metal furnishings all handmade in Italy. Design tables, furnitures and objects - Fuorisalone 2018 - Lamberti presenta i suoi elementi d'arredo in metallo

Lamberti Design  will be at the Fuorisalone 2018 in Milan from the17th until the 22nd of April 2018, along with other 10 companies from the Confindustria Salerno’s group “Design Tessile Sistema Casa”.

Lamberti will show the following items at the exhibition in Brera at Foro Buonaparte 22:

FAVO, a project by Architect Daniele Della Porta. Favo is nominated for the 2018 Compasso D’Oro Award.

VESTALE, by Architect Antonietta Memoli, a project from the Young Factory Design II competition. The textile used for Vestale are from the textile factory “Manifatture Tessili Prete

The AEGIS luxury metal furnitures collection has an elegant simplicity that conceals a plethora of complexities, marrying four different elements: marble, steel structure, brass plates and metal wires carefully sawn by hand. This luxury metal furnitures collection includes nesting tables, consoles, mirrors with a common design thread: the golden steel wires. The inspiration comes from the protection, shielding, and supporting idea of the wires “aegis”.

The magazine Elle Decoration introduces the luxury furniture collection designed by Ziad Alonaizy and manufactured in Italy by Lamberti.

The AEGIS collection has an elegant simplicity that conceals a plethora of complexities, marrying four different elements: marble, steel structure, brass plates and metal wires. The collection includes nesting tables, consoles, mirrors with a common design thread: the golden steel wires carefully sawn by hand. The inspiration comes from the protection, shielding, and supporting idea of the wires “aegis”.

Ziad Alonaizy is a Kuwaiti designer based in London. Once working as an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Alonaizy decided to change his carrier to follow his passion. He then graduate from the Inchbald School of Design in Eaton Gate, London; he won many prices, had several experiences working with renowned London design firms.

Currently working for the luxury hospital industry and residential homes in Europe and the Middle East, Ziad designed the AEGIS collection, and produced in Italy with Lamberti Design. In its elegant simplicity, AEGIS conceals a plethora of complexities, marrying four different elements.

AEGIS 001 is featured on Wallpaper* magazine –May 2017- AEGIS 001 is a set of 3 nesting table made of 4 different materials: Blackened Stainless steel, golden wire, brass plates and emerald green marble.  Designed by the talented Ziad Alonaizy, Lamberti had the pleasure to make his first prototype.
