Purpose and Expected Results:
The project with the purchase of the new machines is aimed at promoting the improvement of the company process, the advanced man/machine interaction with consequent reorganization and more efficient organization of production flows and therefore with consequent expansion of the production activity. Making workplaces safer (significant reduction in manual handling of loads, maximum reduction in the use of machines with high-speed rotating tools and noise). The objective of the investment project is the conception and development of a production system capable of welcoming people, enhancing their skills in order to contribute to the satisfaction and well-being of workers. The inclusion of these machines in the current production cycle is aimed at significantly reducing the force and physical interaction between man and machine.
