Blades to muffle air conditioning noise
For a luxurious home in the province of Avellino, various furnishing elements have been manufactured for both internal and external environments over the last 5 years. The latest work that we show you here is technical caveau for the engines that power the heating and cooling system of housing complex.
It is a technical room, with reinforced concrete walls. The technical room contains the motors of the air conditioners, the systems for regulating the microclimate of the indoor vertical garden, and more…
Sound-absorbing blades have been inserted in the technical room.
The blades are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel painted with epoxy powders. The structure is made of tubular with 3 mm sheet metal ribs cut by numerical control into an almond shape and shaped on the pole. The sound-absorbing paneling is a container with an internal micro-perforated metal sheet and a solid external metal sheet, the padding is in TNT and rock wool. All bolted with mechanical anchors to the duly prepared facing reinforced concrete structures.
The blades are located horizontally on the roof, are fixed and inclined at 45°, while the vertical blades have the possibility of rotating allowing the operator to pass through the technical compartment.
Everything was engineered by a commissioned engineer and meticulously detailed by our technical office for the correct installation and its usability.
The internal walls of the technical room are also lined with metal sheets, in this case with specially punched aluminum sheet fire-painted and TNT fabric.
